Where does the search direction come from?
The analysis looks for the roles, experience, and skills documented in your CV. It may suggest a target role, but you can correct it during onboarding or change it later in your profile. Your confirmed role and preferences shape Jobs for You.
A tool or technology mentioned once in a resume should not, by itself, redefine your profession. If the suggested direction is wrong, update your target role before judging the recommendations.
Which preferences matter?
The search uses your target role together with information such as location, remote preference, job type, experience level, and work authorization needs. Job listings vary in how much detail employers provide, so a missing field can make a result less certain.
The fit explanation highlights available evidence. It is not a complete assessment of every requirement in the employer’s description. Read the full listing, especially eligibility, location, seniority, and required experience.
Why might a role still look wrong?
A title may be broad, a vacancy may omit important details, or your profile may reflect an outdated target role. Job data can also change after it is collected. Review the role and source listing, then refine your profile or hide results that are not relevant.
A percentage is a ranking aid within FYNDROLE. It is not the probability of an interview, an offer, or ATS approval.
How do you improve the recommendations?
Confirm a specific target role, keep your location and work preferences current, and use a resume that clearly names your relevant responsibilities. If you change career direction, edit the target role rather than adding unrelated keywords to your CV.
